Burn Circuit 2 done

I finished CLX Burn Circuit 2 and I feel nauseous. My entire body is shaking and I'm dripping with sweat. But I did it. I did not add in extra cardio because I do need to be able to get out of bed tomorrow and go to work. lol Tomorrow is Burn Intervals so I will get my cardio in then. Until then I'm going to pass out (not really) then shower once my heart rate is semi normal again. :) emoticon

    @TIREDBEINGTIRED CLX is Chalean Extreme and it's a lot of weights. 3 days a week you do heavy lifting videos, 1 day you do sort of circuit training where you use light weights plus an abs video, then 1 day you do cardio video followed by a yoga/stretching/restoring type video. I've done it before and loved it. I'm not sure if it's like P90X because I've never done that (just seen the infomercials) but it is a Beachbody program by Chalene Johnson.

    It's a little rough especially if you have a weak upper body like me but I know it will make me stronger. :)

    I have never heard of the CLX Burn Circuit. Is it like p90x, like a cross fit program? How do you like it so far?
