These last couple of weeks have been very very frustrating.
I have continued to stay in my calorie range (1200-1570) five out of the seven days of the week, and the other two, I still do not overly splurge. I continue to work out 3-4 days a week for at least a half hour.
And yet, I'm GAINING weight instead of losing. I do not understand what I am doing wrong, or how I can ever reach my goal weight, when dieting and exercise are failing me.
