I got everything set up last night, but fell back asleep when my alarm went off.
My body is still adjusting to this, and today I think it was saying "Slow down!"
Tonight, I'll go to bed earlier and get up at 5:45. I should be able to fit in a full workout. Then I get to give myself a reward! If I have the energy this evening, I might just go to the gym or just go for a walk to get some activity in.
My belt is looser. This is a good sign.
