Well I did the fitness test!
WOW is all I could say
So here is day one:

1. Squats 30
2. Hi-knees 49
3. Push-ups 13 on knees and full and only went down a couple inches but I did SOME!
4. Squat Jumps 19
5. Tri-cep Dips 18
6. Burpees 5 NO emoticon
7. Alt. Lunges 8
8. Elbow Plank 50 Sec.

Let's see how well I do on Day 15
