Alright, so today, I'm going strong, got my workout clothes ready to go and brought to work. I grab a few fruit. Than I realized as I got to work that I did not bring a lunch. I figured, that sucks since now I have to go run by Sprouts and get something to eat. Which it will just cut back in workout at work but I can still manage with a few minutes. Well needless to say I had to deposit my check to because direct deposit wasn't working. I was so hungry by the time I left that I pulled into one of my weakness places and ordered 2 burritos and chili cheese fries. Fortunately, I loved myself to stop eating at the Chili Cheese Fries and give the whole thing to a co-worker who was thankful because he was hungry.
So Instead of beating myself up over this little set back. I can learn from it. In this case, making sure I have my lunch so I'm not super duper hungry and that I have myself spaced out so everything is not so rushed. I could have deposited my check after work and still could have gone to the grocery store and workout. I feel very happy for myself from learning from this experience instead of looking at myself as a failure and giving up. Yay me! :D
