Hot Iron class

Training for my Disney Glass Slipper Challenge in February (10k and half marathon) , I have decided that I need stronger muscles. So each monday and wednesday I go to Hot Iron class. In Hot Iron barbells are used, it is strength training plus endurance. Let's see if my plan works and I will be able to run faster. Big goal: 10k in 1 hour, half marathon in 2:30 emoticon
