I just wanted to do a quick update to explain my first goal. My current objective is to lose 50lbs by January 1, 2015. This will put me in a good place for the new year. I can't focus on the 200lbs that I need to lose, I just have to focus on a bit at a time. I also want to be more active...naturally. Right now it's hard. I workout some and my energy is drained for the rest of the day. I don't want to be tired anymore. My goal is also to strengthen my back some. The pain in my back hurts and I'm sick of it. I'm hoping that in conjunction with the weight loss and the exercising that this pain will start to subside. What's my reward....hmmm....I haven't thought of that one yet.
