Day 1- Today I took a stress test. I found out that I am vulnerable to stress. I am looking for different ways to release my stress. First, thing I decided to do it blog my feelings for the day. Today, I feel good about myself. I dedicated my 30 mins of exercise today, and I am preparing a healthy meal for my family. I plan to meditated this evening to let go of any negative energy which is the reason for my stress.
I found one challenge in my life, and that is when my husband comes home he brings his stresses from work and usually end of feeding to me, and create a negative energy bubble that makes me feel uncomfortable. I understand that his way of dealing with his stress, but it is causing unbalance of my positive energy which I have worked hard on all day, so I am looking for ways work through this issue.
I am also concerned with returning to work ( I am a teacher) and keeping my positive energy and spirit.
