It's been about two months since I started tracking things in OneNote.
Here is what my daily page template looks like now:
Across the top there are tabs.
The BLOG tab is the page you are viewing which includes a place to track my daily WW points/food journal, a reminder of my reasons to return to a healthy weight, my daily success checklist and my 95% club icon.
These define my journey to health and serve as my daily reminders.
Across the top, the other tabs are appointments, where I keep my calendar, and Home Management where I have daily/weekly/monthly lists of items to get done.
Many of the weekly/monthly items are repetitive and it was easy to create check boxes for them, and then the next week/month remove the checks and start over.
I like this system as it is sort of an electronic Franklin planner and I can e-mail a page to myself if I need access to it in my phone IE: a shopping list, or medication lists for when we are at the doctor office.
I'm sure I'll continue to tweak and add things as time goes by.
This is what is working for me. Your mileage may vary
