Okay: so I track my meals, snacks and exercise. Why don't I keep track of my keeping my journey in the prioritized part of my thinking, or how about my excitement when I am successful? Because I just can not keep track of everything! Do I find these other things to be important? Heck,yes! It is important to keep these things in mind! This is something that our journal, here on Spark, is good for. A tool that I, to be honest, don't use enough! Just thought to inspire you to try this tool for such a spot to use and keep track of such things...
