So this week was a bit of a challenge, but great at the same time. I did miss a day of exercise but atleast it was just a day and not more than that. The real challenge has been 1. only eating the amounts im suppose to, and not over eating and 2. making sure I do my workouts everyday. Its not the work that is hard for me, its that I get bored when I am on the treadmill or the stationary bike, I try to read a magazine or something but its hard to read while doing it LOL. But in the end I stuck with it for the week and it paid off bc I did lose 7 lbs in the first week, so that is motivation enough to keep going. Its hard but completely worth it!
