Exciting Discovery

Wednesday, July 23, 2014

Had my first sit-down chair shower today, sure beats a 'sponge bath' gotta admit.... With the heat and humidity today, I can't tell if the inside of the cast got wet or not.

I had such an exciting discovery last nite. I was reading the research book on David George, first Black Baptist Minister in Nova Scotia - the main character in my paper. And I had used the song Amazing Grace - just so the minister and his congregation could be singing a well-known hymn. Imagine, when I found an actual reference to him in my book last nite and this book is well-researched and contains letters from England, Sierre Leone and backed by Acadia University and Baptist organizations.....I'm so excited!!! Just had to share! Sent an email to prof too...woohoo!!! This might be a real stretch, but there was a governor in Sierre Leone from England with same last name as my maiden name....should I? Imagine where this could all take me? Who ever thought history wasn't fun and exciting needs to take the courses I am taking..haha.

Made Eggs Benedict for breakfast... Yummy, does it still count if I used marg, skim milk and extra lean ham?

Waiting to go into town with Brenda later.

Maybe you have discovered a relative somewhere down the line! That's interesting and could lead to another branch in the family tree. I've never had eggs Benedict before, believe it or not.

funny! of course it still counts when you use alternative ingredients!lol nice try thoughnote, marg. and any other fat (butter, lard oil, are all the same calorie count, unless it is the kind like I can't believe it is not butter which is a whipped with water margerine to make them lower in calories, (which is why those "low fat margerines make toast soggy)
