5 days hovering above 285 lbs, then whoosh!!!!
God knows why - kcalories were good, but not drastically cut. I walked 3.5miles to work instead of bike. I had an early night. None of these can explain almost 3 lbs loss in a day. Perhaps it's a temporary blip, who knows.
Today I'll walk to work again. And get another early night. And control kcalories...
