5 days hovering above 285 lbs, then whoosh!!!!

282.9 lbs.



God knows why - kcalories were good, but not drastically cut. I walked 3.5miles to work instead of bike. I had an early night. None of these can explain almost 3 lbs loss in a day. Perhaps it's a temporary blip, who knows.

Today I'll walk to work again. And get another early night. And control kcalories...

    Hey Paul, great job. I find that I can swim laps for 2 miles, use the equipment at the gym, bike, and cut calories.....nothing takes the lbs off faster than walking. Good thing I have my dogs to motivate me. You Rock !
