Starting To Change My Habits

and all for the good!!

I spend hours each week sat in the car waiting for kids / grandkids outside the various activities they do and its usually a time for me to doze in the car, mindlessly eat or a bit of both.

tonight I spent 3 hours waiting for DS1 and used the time productively - a healthy food shop with time spent looking for the most nutritious options of what I have planned to cook for the week ahead, a brisk walk when I was parked up and on standby for him coming out and absolutely no binge eating - which is a major achievement for me! yes I was tempted to buy rubbish whilst I was doing the shopping but nope not in my trolley!

    You are absolutely going about this the right way. It's all about the habits! Personally, I would go nuts sitting around waiting in a car. Getting out and taking a walk sounds like an excellent solution.
