Getting smaller, getting more upbeat

I notice with the weight loss I'm more open minded and happier. I have little interest in focusing on negative feelings unless it's how to change a situation to make it better. I never expected this change but it's a cool benefit.
I also notice that with my husband he's more interested in thinking outside the box when it comes to our dates. This weekend instead of a movie we're buying a handheld GPS and heading out to do some geo caching (weather permitting). We're hopping in the car, picking a direction and then going to look for caches. We have a bag of goodies to swap out and really excited about doing this. I think this is going to be a great way to get out hiking and exploring, and well, if we get lost at least we'll have a GPS!
I changed up my breakfast for the last couple of weeks, I wanted to shave a couple of WW points and saw increasing my fruit at breakfast and decreasing my bread products the easiest way to go. I love how I feel! I have more energy and find that I don't need my morning coffee to start my day anymore.
