I'm back from a week long vacation in St. Lucia! Such a beautiful island! We stayed at private villa in a small fishing town called Anse La Raye. If you have never been, you must go! The villa's name is Les chaudieres. It wasn't the most modern of villas but the location was just breath taking. The hill top view was just amazing. We had a lot of fun. So now that I am back, reality has set in. I only lost about 5 lbs before the trip and probably put on 10 during the trip lol. Honestly, I thought about weighing myself but why confirm what I already know? I gained weight. It will just make me feel even worse than I already do. I know that I need to just get right back on the wagon. That means eating between 1300-1500 calories a day, getting to the gym 2-3x per week and working out at home when I'm not at the gym. I saw myself in some of those vacation pics, and I know I'm just not happy with my body. I am the ONLY one that can change that. So I will be on here a lot more and I WILL do this! My long term goal is definitely to lose about 50 lbs but I'm not going to worry about that right now. For now, I'm just going to focus on losing 5 lbs and feeling better.
