Somehow I left Monday off for my blog - I guess that was because I was too tired. I went back to the community center & worked out on all the machine Monday evening. I'm trying really hard to get back in a routine but I can't seem to keep with it. I looked at this week's schedule & realized that it was going to be really busy. I will have to work to find me time for the exercise. I find I have to make a schedule for myself as well as the child cares. I find if you really want to get healthy you have to make it a priority.

    Love that pic! That's so true! "Do it tomorrow" has been a running theme with me for years and I'm trying to break that habit!

Can you exercise at your desk? Chair exercises? Take the stairs at work? Park further away? March in place during commercials while watching TV?
