So yesterday's blog was on how I continually say I will start again tomorrow and then tomorrow never really comes for me. Well, success! I treated the entire day like it was Tomorrow! I was behind in my schedule and most days that would see me giving it up and just doing whatever for the rest of the day and being lazy. Instead I chugged along with my plans adapting my day to do things I usually want done much, much earlier in the day, getting some of them done anyways, just late!
There were a few things still that I did not get done yesterday like I wanted, but I feel good about holding them over to Today because the list is SO MUCH SMALLER than it would have been had I just given up and played video games all day long, leaving all those items for todays To Do list.
I also stayed within my calorie range for the first time in ages and ate a pretty balanced diet. And I wasn't starving!
Today I'm getting a slow start again, something I see needs to be worked on, but I am STARTING!
Again, no more saying, "screw it I'll do it tomorrow".
Tomorrow was Yesterday and it was GOOD!
It's Tomorrow Again Today and it feels Good!
