Made it home safe and sound

Dad and I have been home for a little over 5 hours now. Spent half an hour this morning packing the vehicle while we were up there and another hour of unloading the stuff out of the vehicle and putting it away. So I combined all of it together time wise and under the circuit training. If you stop and think about it, it is circuit training and I did it on Wednesday today when I loaded and unloaded the vehicle. I burned 744 calories on Wednesday and 1116 calories today. You can imagine how I looked today after all the unloading with the sweat coming out everywhere. So I did a lot of exercising. Tomorrow I will be checking my weight. Cross your fingers I get down to where I think I will be at. I'm thinking I'm either at 205 or lower. We will see tomorrow. Check my status tomorrow morning.
It's good to see my 4 legged babies again. The cat was quiet all the way home. She's in heat so she's howling right now. But they're back in their routines of being at home.
It's good to be home and we made good time. The cheapest we saw was in Clear Lake, Iowa for $3.29 a gallon. That was on the way home. But we stopped in Waterloo, Iowa and got it for $3.35 a gallon. That's what we paid in Elk River, MN. We just went uptown to the pizza place and got supper. Dad got a poor boy and drink and I got a chef salad (ate half of it) and a drink. It was $10.50 for the both of us. Before we got gas in Elk River, MN, I had to go to Wal-Mart to pick up something for my TOM because it started today (first time in years its done that when we've been up there). I was going to have my sister-in-law to get it but changed my mind. It was kind of spotty Saturday.
Tomorrow is going to be busy. Besides being our day to do treadmills and stationary bikes, I need to do laundry and get the trip budget list typed up and figured up and get it printed out. I'm the one that keeps track of writing everything down. Right now I'm doing it in a steno pad.
Its time to go to bed. The dog is ready. She messed up the foot of the bed before I came in here.
