I've never had Monday as my weigh in day before. You know what??? It makes the weekend sooooooooooooooo much easier. If I want the scales to be down on Monday, I have to eat "on-plan" all weekend long. There's no stress about what little extra bits I can eat, b/c there are NO extra little bits I can eat if I want to lose this weight for the last time, and I do. I will do whatever it takes to get back to my goal weight and stay there.
Yep, it's Mondays for me forevermore!!!
