Let's stay on track

I've been working with a trainer and eating healthier. The trainer sends us workouts every week that I make every effort to complete. I have cut out sugar and fried foods. I have also cut down on sodas and sweet tea. I go to the gym and work out at least 4 to 5 days a week. I need to keep it up. I have also found that I actually enjoy the variety of workouts he sends us. I am a logical and analytical person, so it really works having a set workout goal and schedule to follow. I always feel very proud of myself and my accomplishments afterward. Especially, if I complete moves that I didn't think I could actually do. Yay me! Keep pushing forward.
