More aggravating news!

Well I went to see my new primary care physician. The good news is I really like him! The bad news is the shoulder pain I've been dealing with since November is the result of bone spurs and osteoarthritis. He gave me a shot of cortisone (which hurt like h***!) But now my shoulder feels sooo much better. He's getting me referrals to a new rheumatologist, neurologist, and ear, nose, and throat dr. So hopefully soon I will be feeling better, like my old self.

It's getting harder to exercise what with me getting 1-4 migraines a day. But I'm just taking it one day at a time and doing what I can when I can. emoticon Unfortunately that means I've gained back a bit of weight and with my dad home ALL WEEK I am not getting much in the way of any exercise in. emoticon But I am practicing a lot of deep breathing and trying to clean my room. But I will be going to Shawn's apt on Thursday at noon emoticon I hope everyone is having a great week! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    It is really good news to like your doctor and good that he took care of your shoulder pain and made some referrals, so that you will be on the road to recovery
