Facebook pause

Monday, July 21, 2014

I have decided, after much thought, that I am taking a Facebook pause. I am realizing that I am spending way way too much time on this.
It is a lot harder than I thought. This is idle time that I could be doing something more productive.
This is only my first day but so far, I have made dinner, exercise, read bible.
I have been listening to my half size podcast, and it is what Heather suggests.
This is gonna open a whole new world where I am more active.

Good for you. I deleted my fb games last week. It was so difficult at first because I am used to using them for procrastination, after all I am doing something right. emoticon I do feel kinda lost but I am definitely accomplishing more.

I 'gave up' my facebook account a few months' ago - after being on there for about 8 yrs - it was not only taking up too much time, it was getting a bit pointless and repetitive. I do find I spend quite a lot of time on Spark People and Twitter now!

don't miss the day! I've had to limit my time as well . . . would much rather be DOING something outdoors than sitting at the computer.
