Didn't get here yesterday to say that, yes, I've now done two of my "One Thing, Three Days" series of 10 minutes of walking a day. A 5K fitness walk on Saturday helped me complete the second one.
With some travel and a family wedding coming up, this doesn't seem like the right time to change anything here, but I am going to -- slightly. Instead of 10 minutes of walking a day for three days, my current OTTD goal is 10 active minutes, as measured by my FitBit One pedometer. I suppose there's some way to trick it into counting active minutes when I'm not actually moving, but I have no desire to find out.
So, today is actually the second day of my third OTTD. Got 19 active minutes in yesterday, mostly walking along while DH played 9 holes of golf.
Have just 3 so far today, but it's only 9:30 a.m. Lots of active minutes out there just waiting for me!
