I am starting Jillian Michaels' body revolution this morning. She also includes a balanced diet that has focus on healthy fats
So I'm going to give it a whirl. Today we start with weight training for 30 minutes.
The program covers 90 days. I may add some of my other cardio workouts to fill it out. Her workouts are only 30 minutes each. But, as my mother reminds me, I need to ease back into this. I had a terrible fall several weeks ago and my left hand is not entirely perfect yet. However my sprained ankle is completely healed now
