body revolution

I am starting Jillian Michaels' body revolution this morning. She also includes a balanced diet that has focus on healthy fats emoticon and proteins. emoticon So I'm going to give it a whirl. Today we start with weight training for 30 minutes. emoticon The program covers 90 days. I may add some of my other cardio workouts to fill it out. Her workouts are only 30 minutes each. But, as my mother reminds me, I need to ease back into this. I had a terrible fall several weeks ago and my left hand is not entirely perfect yet. However my sprained ankle is completely healed now emoticon

    That must have been quite some fall!!! I hope you are fully recovered now and that the new program and plan works for you. I'm always afraid to try anything by Jillian. LOL. 30 minutes of her would do me in.
