Crazy Intense Summer Workout Plan, Week 4

So, I just finished week 4 of my crazy intense summer workout plan. Finally, this week, I've started to see a downward trend. Hopefully this will continue. However, I've seen a huge decrease in my appetite. In fact, immediately after exercise, the thought of putting anything in my stomach makes me feel slightly nauseated. It takes a few hours to get to where the thought of eating doesn't turn my stomach. So I'm not sure what all that's about. I did talk to a friend and he said he has the same issue when he workouts out at an intense level. So maybe this is normal?
Here's a recap of my week:
Sunday, July 13 - 5.64 mile walk
Monday, July 14 - 5K training week 6, plus cool down walk to total 4.5 miles in morning; 1.75 mile walk (more of a stroll compared to my normal pace) in evening
Tuesday, July 15 - 16 mile bike, arms workout on weight machines
Wednesday, July 16 - 5K training week 6, plus cool down walk to total 4.5 miles in morning; 3.5 mile run in evening
Thursday, July 17 - 1.625 mile swim, legs workout on weight machines
Friday, July 18 - 5K training week 6, plus cool down walk to total 4.5 miles
Saturday, July 19 - 16 mile bike, core workout on weight machines
Sunday, July 20 - 6.42 mile walk
In addition, I taught 4 Pilates classes (hour each), 2 Pilates private lessons (45 min. each), and 3 dance classes (45 min. each). So it was a crazy intense week. I feel like I'm getting more fit and I'm seeing a reduction in the little pouch on my lower abdomen. I'd love to lose the love handles, and I'm seeing them get smaller too, just at a slower pace than I would like. Of course, I'd like them to disappear immediately. I'm also getting a bit of definition in my abs.
I got my fall teaching schedule this week. I have 15 dance classes on my fall schedule, so obviously I won't be keeping up with the summer level of walking, running, biking, and swimming. In fact, the swimming will disappear completely when it gets too cold to swim outside. But I'm hoping to keep some level going. I told my husband I'm going to continue to try for a run 3 times per week. I'm just hoping to do a solid run, not the intervals I've been doing. And I'll probably get to the bike on the weekends. In addition to my dance classes this fall, we'll be adding in competition team practices, plus I still have my 4 Pilates classes each week. We're trying to add a 5th Pilates class, but it won't really be Pilates, it'll be stretch. My students really want an extra class just to stretch. So I'm trying to convince my boss to let us do it.
So up this week is more Pilates, dance, walking, running, biking, swimming, stretching, and strength training. I'm up to 1 min. 50 sec. on my plank. It's getting to be a bit tough to hold. I find myself bouncing around or rocking back and forth. I just can't stay still that long.
