My goal all along has been to get to a healthy BMI for my height. At 5' 1", I don't have a lot of extra space for love handles.
For the past two weeks I've been "stalled" & bouncing around with 2 pounds. I really want/need/should get rid of 1 pound to get me to a better place & probably more momentum.
Sounds easy . . . but it's not, right?
So, I'm not looking for a particular dress size or an overall weight --- I just need 1 pound to get some of the momentum back. This is where it feels like more of an inner battle than an external one.
Reminding myself I can do it -- not quitting because I've stalled -- not giving up completely & saying "I'll never make it". My inner strength is going to help me with my outer health.
