Week 4

I am a little off my game with all the sad news on tv. and my need to be glued to watching all the updates ....
I did my exercise this week plus did my 10/10 goal challenge .
Thought this would really get my going and I would lose what I had gained --not.

Best thing for me is to continue what I am doing .. and be patient .
This week I go to my first class for cardiac care .
They want to bring all my medications in original containers , a list of foods I eat ... (yikes)
I will also be doing a stress test and having more blood taken while there.

Maybe I will be able to get to my YMCA membership going and start my walking aerobics ... that will be good .
Next blog I will have a good loss.

oh This week it was 127.2 lbs

    Don't worry about the weight. That part seems to be fine honestly. Inches and toning maybe, but scale doesn't seem to be issue. Best on the ymca stuff. Focus on that , the rest will follow.

    Cardiac care class would be good, I didn't get that when I had a heart attack and wish I had!

    Patience is the key word for most things and especially for losing weight.

    Yes, I agree with Lilydog11, I'd love to have your number...but each of us have our own challenges. I hope your new cardiac class will give you some helpful tips on moving that scale in the right direction.

    I got down to business with my food intake, take a look at Canada's Food guide...it's online & adjust it. I reduced an average 200 calories a week with a high of 1850 a day & I can't wait for my WI tomorrow.

    The news definitely puts a damper on things...get out in the sun today & let it light your way!
