NOT TOO BAD!
Early hours of Sunday morning, weekend's over.... Well, this weekend I've not done EVERYTHING I set out to do, but it's certainly not a weekend of Zero Days. :)
Weight continues downwards overall - was 287.5lbs at date of last blog (16th), and am 285.8lbs now. Not a big change, but a good change still. Went off the Warrior Diet a fair bit, but haven't been going MAD, hence still down. Warrior Diet is tough at weekends, easy during work. Although a bit less easy when stress elsewhere in life kicks in. Stress. Mental state. It fecking defines everything... not measuring other body stats at minute, because there's not going to be huge change anywhere, so no point being anal about it.
Ended up not getting the new bike due to huge unreported stock issues after I placed order. No way to run a business. Just as well - rent became more important, forgot about that... the new speed/cadence sensor is working well. Unlike the bike - gears are getting worse, as are brakes, but I've got a good quote for repair next week.
Haven't got the amount of overtime I'd planned for reasons both within my control and beyond it. But valid reasons. i'm coping. Even got access to my credit file now, so will watch that improve over the next few months.
It's amazing how much I put off decluttering. And also amazing how much better I feel when it's done. Dishes all done, hoovering, tidying, sorting, and also bit of work for my brother. Feel happier overall now.
Started running in Puregym a few days ago, C5K, and at this weight it HURTS. But I'll repeat each week as often as it takes. Meant to do it again Saturday, biked to gym, and realised I'd no lock, so couldn't follow through. Tomorrow.
Trying a couple of iOS apps for tracking habits. Strides is one, and Lift is another. I'll settle on whichever one feels better t use.
OVERALL & NEXT WEEK
I'm still so far from any interim goals, but i'm moving slowly in the right direction. Will continue to revise stuff in work, to help me be a happier (in my own mind) employee, declutter a little each morning, get two runs in this week coming, do the rest of work for my brother, track daily, and drink lots of water daily. :)
