SparkCoach suggested that I do this to help with the times that I get down on myself.
1. I got a better paying job this month.
2. I made it to work on time today.
3. I started logging into Spark Coach again.
Okay, so three were hard to come up with. I've always had a hard time patting myself on the back. I know that this is important so that I can feel good about myself and know that I am worth taking care of.
Nothing sounds good today. I don't want to have any dairy because I have this stupid sinus infection. My meal plan today calls for a lot of dairy and I'm just too tired to figure out something else. I wasn't hungry before work this morning so I didn't eat. When I got home, I feel asleep in exhaustion.
I know that I should eat. Maybe I'll just have a PB&J. That's easy. Or maybe some veggie broth. I'll be so glad when I'm feeling better again.
