Very tired, stayed in bed till almost 11am, no one called to offer me a drive to church, guess I should have asked. Must also call and see how the burial service for BIL went yesterday.

Have an Orzo, Lentil, Flax Soup in slow cooker, made a couple of jellied salads. Hot and tiring day
Breakfast: raspberries, oatmeal crisp with extra bran buds, skim milk
Lunch: egg salad with maio & mustard in pop crisp bowls, cherries, grapes tomatoes
Supper: soup, desert, cherries

Desert:
1 pkg diet jello
1 cup boiling water
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup maio
Put in fridge to set.

Today was my day to open up and lock up the church, so I had to be there. I woke up at 3 and couldn't fall back asleep. By the time church started at 10, I was so tired. The couch is calling my name....
