Yes I'm a Bit Ashamed

Wasn't expecting my Summer to go like this so far, what happened? From June 11 until today the scale just told me I put back 13 pounds. It would seem I am doing something very, seriously wrong. I thought I was going to do the exact opposite and I didn't. Not sure why or how this went this way. I guess it does sometimes. Maybe I can fix it. I went to Yoga twice last week and I've been walking again. It's the eating. I haven't been able to control my eating or do the things I want to do about it.

It's Sunday, let's try to focus this week on food habits and write things down. I graze too much and I haven't been tracking.

5K today, it's just about time to leave for it too. I'll be walking it with my team, not running it for time.

    You can do it!

When it comes to my experiences, weight loss is 80% nutrition. I never lost this much weight before until changing what I put in my mouth.

It was hard to start and it is still hard.

Just dust yourself off and start anew!

    Be compassionate with yourself. Everyone finds themselves working off up pounds. You have made a detour, but you are still on your journey. Today is a new day. Hope you enjoy your 5l with your team today. Good idea on tracking your food and planning ahead.
