a normal day, at last

Yesterday I started following more carefully my lifestyle, I respected my training inside and felt happier just for trying this. Today, after a breakfast with just some boiled yellow corn, I made myself a not-so-rich salad, because I forgot to go in time to the store, but it proved to be perfect in the end and fed me with 800 calories, so I'm back to work.

It's just to mention I'm well now.
