So I didn't get as much exercise today as I would have liked but did get to spend a nice day with my family which was nice. I did eat very healthy and so did my family which also makes for a good day. I will get back on track tomorrow morning.

    Same here I didn't get all my steps I'd liked to have yesterday either but one day in the whole isn't bad. I wish I would have gotten them but I won't feel guilty because today I'm going to!

    You can do it! We may have the best laid out plans, but sometimes LIFE just gets us a little off our own plans! But, the healthy choices you made are awesome! It is ALL a victory!
