Think about why you are exercising and the results you have seen. When I started Spark people my blood sugar would be anywhere from 120 to 150 in the mornings, now it is between 100 and 120 in the mornings. When I started my cholesterol was 260. It is now 170. I need to exercise for my health. If I start skipping exercise I run the risk of kidney disease, foot amputation and blindness. I am keeping my diabetes under control with diet and exercise. I do not want to take medicine that increases the stress on my already damaged pancreas. So exercise is not a matter of just getting fit or losing weight, it is a quality of life decision. Exercise or regret it.
