Swam AND mowed front yard yesterday...

I swam Thursday and Friday and plan to go today, also.

I also stayed within my calorie range and my only regret was the brie and cracker I had as a bedtime snack. I need to choose a lower calorie bedtime snack tonight. Perhaps a bag of high protein chips or a glass of almond milk.
