So this week has been ok so far. I have successfully stopped adding extra sugar to my coffee and just using creamer again. Walked everyday, except for today because it's raining. Eating has been good, but tracking could have been better.
Next week I plan to increase my walking distance. I think I may also need to switch up some of my food choices. I am tired of some things that I have been eating. Like bananas and ground turkey. Not together, but you know what I mean.
