Biggest Loser Challenge - The Best

BLC25 may not have been the best round for me in the way of weight loss, but if I had not been participating, I would be dealing with a big gain! I have been doing the BLC for several years now and I have lost weight every round - not always huge amounts or quickly but I'm learning what I need to do to make living a healthy lifestyle a habit.
Because of the variety of challenges in the BLC, I no longer consider exercise a chore! I love competition and the challenges push me to do more - for myself and my team. I don't have a problem finding time for exercise any more.
The challenges have also made me realize that my biggest problem is staying in my calorie range. My team has helped me recognize that the quality of what I eat is just as important as the quantity! There's a big difference between 200 calories worth of sugar and 200 calories worth of protein! Yes, a calorie is a calorie but...???
Traveling during most of this round has caused me to struggle with my weight loss. But I know that if I hadn't been doing the BLC - I would be showing a gain by now with the temptations of eating out and touring. I used to gain 10 pounds for every trip we took - now at least, I'm holding my own and I still have a loss showing from the beginning.
Finding the BLC Team those many rounds ago was the best thing that Sparks has provided for me!
