A couple of weeks back, I made some sunflower 'cheeze' which I blogged about and said it hadn't worked out. But I divided that pate into three pots and put two in the freezer. I have to say it's been wonderful! I'm on the second pot and using it in my lunch-box sandwiched between two Ryvita - with raw veg sticks on the side - and it's really tasty!
Not a failure at all!
for those of you who wonder what Ryvita is - it's a crispbread/cracker made with just rye, water and salt (although there are lots of variations I always buy the plain ones)
