Post BLC 25 plan

I plan on trying to do st at least 3 to 4 days a week. Since I have slacked off on it and I also plan to track my nutrition again. I slacked off in that area. I have to start sometime.

    I have found that staying on spark really helps me to stay on track. Although I don't do great, keep slipping, my fault. But it does remind me to work toward the goal. Hang in there you can do this!

We all end up on a detour of some sort, and eventually we're brought full circle, whre we're suppose to be. Good for you, for realizing that you needed to pick up the gauntlet.
