July has been a bust as far as working out...My manager has had me working 7 days straight several times and though I need the hours, I am exhausted! So my new goal is while I am getting the kids ready to go back to school in September, I am going to try to lose 5lbs. Starting it off slow...Slow and steady wins the race!
I have 3 birthdays in the month of August so we are throwing 1 big party on the 23rd for Eli turning 6 on the 1st, Chloe turning 9 on the 24th, and Amery turning 1 on the 26th. Then on the 24th, Chloe will be competing in the Miss Emporia-Greensville Peanut Festival pageant. This will be her 4th time competing and she won it back in 2011 so we are hoping for 1 more win!
My other problem is cutting out soda and fast food...AGAIN! I did it for a while and did great but that problem is back! I have done better with the fast food and drinking vitamin water zero lemonade but its still there. I find myself buying coca colas at work and pepsi's every time I go to a store or on the way home from work. I have a subway right down the strip from my job but I got food poisoning so I won't eat there anymore. I also have a Papa John's and a Chinese place. Not very healthy but I have been taking smart one's to work to eat. I'm trying but I really need to get my soda addiction under control!
