Trying to find something positive to think about....

You know I've never gotten a 1, 500 minute trophy for exercise. I think I'm going to go for that next month. I'm looking like I'm going to get a 1,000 minute one for July (thanks to a few very active days planned and finished!)

I'm trying to make exercise one of my go-tos for stress and negative feelings.

I'm also getting GOOD at these squat things. I like to do a few every day. My next move to tackle is the lunge.

    I have exercised a lot more than I've recorded on this site. Maybe I need to get more regular about logging it. I've done better this month than ever before, though. I do well just to do it. It is good for stress and negative feelings. Have a good weekend.
