Realistic weight loss or gain? The running that I did yesterday should have been fine but I had to work on shoulders & lat pull downs which indirectly resulted in muscle gain? Muscle weighs more than fat, I know this.
Perhaps, next time, like today, I just jump rope and or run. No weight training despite the incredible amount of energy I felt yesterday. Maybe today I'll feel the same but as of 7 am, I don't.
I'm not as sore as I should be which is a plus. I've lost a whole 1.8 lbs since yesterday.
It's funny, I'm looking forward to weight training when this eating regimen ends. That's never happened before, who looks forward to working out???
