eat like crap, feel like crap....

...is my new motto!! I've had an off week this week. Haven't been as focused as last week, eating some things my body hasn't had in a while and I've been feeling it! I have been so tired and dragging, to the point i just didn't have the energy to get my usual workouts in.
Its a catch 22, and I'm not falling back into that rut!! So today, yes TODAY (not tomorrow, not Monday) , I'm getting back on track completely because I HATE THE WAY I FEEL!!
When I give my body what it needs (proper nutrition, exercise, H2O, sleep) , it repays me with extra energy to get through my day with an almost 2 year old. And trust, that takes a LOT of energy.
