It has been one week of a better attitude. I had a few bad pain days, but pushed through and did not "eat" my pain away. That is a big step for me. I have lost a few points and I feel good about myself. I started new hours on Monday, I go in an hour earlier. The adjustment in time hit me a little last night. I was falling asleep on the couch by 8:30. So off to bed I went. I got a really good sleep in! I took pictures this morning to keep myself motivated and accountable.
