Yup, things have FINALLY settled down enough here this summer for me to carve out three days to myself where I can focus on recharging and rebooting with a mini 3 day juice cleanse. I know three days isn't nearly as life altering as the longer juice feasts, but for me, I'm hoping this will be a great way for get back on track with healthier habits. Over the last few weeks, since graduating, my days have been filled with drinking and eating lots of cheese- I'm not complaining, but boy do I feel it! Just feeling really bloated and lethargic, and while this heat (100+ degrees!) certainly isn't helping, I know it's from all the eating. Looking forward to mostly green juices, and hopefully all that extra liquid will help keep me a tad cooler. I'll be posting as I go, heading to the grocery store now to get what I need!
Oh and for anyone who is wondering, this will be my third 3 day Cleanse I've done, and after I'm hoping to transition to a Whole 30 style of eating, but a more pescetarian version (just fish and eggs)
