    Thanks for reading my blog. I think that all the reasons you mentioned during humidity make sense. When it's muggy, the air has more heat & moisture in it. So that means that the blood in your body moves slower to your brain because it too swells. And that definitely can make you feel like you can't think, or function. Also not drinking enough water can also make you feel sluggish, especially if you exercise and get low electro lights. On the other hand when you eat properly, you shouldn't even need a nap from the weather, or need what they call a power nap. At all major meals you should eat a protein1/4 of the plate, 1/4 should be a starch-usually a whole grain, and half the plate should be low glycemic vegetables. Each food group holds you over at least until your healthy snack in between meals. I am in weight watchers, but it seems all the latest diets are saying the same things. I hope this helps you. But really I have a hard time coping with humidity because I don't have air. last time I blew it by buying a package of diet fudge cycles, and wiping them out in two days. Hey good luck, and definitely have a plan, and journal all your food. Let me know if you grow old gracefully, cause I am having a problem with that myself. eva
