What is your choice?

I'm feeling very motivate this week, I really hope it last! I have six weeks with the study group then I take the plan to my Church to try to get them to do it.
I found this picture & it really dawned on me what it meant. I have been making the wrong choices for a long time in several areas of my life. So I'm on my new life journey to change my choices, some people will not like the changes I'm about to make with my life. I'm excited since I'm starting a plan tonight that is about the five essentials to your life not just focusing on dieting. They are - Faith, Focus (brain), Fitness, Food & Friends, they all work together to make you who you are! You take a survey in the beginning to see how strong each area is, then again in 6 weeks to see where you are at! I'm really excited to begin, I have been reading the book that goes along with the study guide, DVD & Journal.
Which choice is yours? My choice is to give it all!
