That statement is true in life and maybe exercise and fitness for a time. But when you hit that right combination believe me you know and so does the whole world.
You know you've got it right when strangers stop you and ask if you are a runner because you have great calf's. Or people stop to ask what your doing different because you look better.
You know you are doing great with eating and exercise because your body will tell you Your skin will be clearer you hair will grow thicker . You will have more energy and feel happier. You will look toner your muscles will move better . Your bones and muscles will ache less.
You will also stand taller and have more confidence. Your self esteem will improve you may even find new or more friends .
So go ahead keep feeling your way you'll defiantly feel it when you get there . Hugs, happiness and healthy living
I would like to thank everyone who had warm wishes and prayers for my niece who lost everything in a fire. She will be moving in with her boyfriend . With help from family and friends it looks like she and her daughter will be okay .
