Exercise Plan For July 15th, 2014
I wonted to plan my day of exercise early this morning and blog about it, but every time I wonted to something always came up. Didn't put it first on my list to do. First of all I did lose 1lb last week, 2 more pounds for my goal to lose a total of 10lbs by August 28th, 2014, my anniversary with sparkpeople will be two years starting over. Also I went to a buffet on Sunday, I tracked all my food, but I ate to much and I gained, so I have to lose it by Sunday weigh in.
While on Sparkpeople reading blogs and checking on my Sparkteams, I did some toning exercises, (3) of them, 2 sets, 2-3 reps for 8 minutes.
Then yoga for 32 minutes, and that was a hard one, because I did poses from Yoga Journal that were little to advance for me, it killed my knee's.
So I got bored and went on the bike for 11 minutes, listening to Kpop music to speed it up, to keep those steps in.
My husband and daughter went to work, I stayed home and went walking around 8am, it was a peaceful walk. After that I did some gardening, watered the plants and pruned. Oh, I walked for 25 minutes.
During lunch time a watched a movie on Gaiam TV, called "The Mindfulness Movie".

I did it in April 2014, and it open my eyes to mediatation and yoga, that's how it all started.
I love reading, when I get the chance to do it. But I can't keep reading the same book, I get bored easily with it, so I pick up a new one and start reading that, then go back to the one I was reading before. The book is "May i be happy" by Cyndi Lee.
